University of Florida's Innovation HUB is an incubator for creating new jobs by creating a space for wet and dry labs as well as offices for advertising, business and development. The University of Florida has created 760 new jobs and raised 50 million dollars since the building opened utilizing the unique architectural programming for workshops, panel discussions, and receptions for dozens of tech startups that call this incubator home.

I contributed digital rendering stills and walk-throughs as well as construction documents including exterior and interior detailing, custom wet and dry lab casework drawings, lobby designs, and office layouts in Autodesk Revit for Ponikvar & Associates.
